Winter Skin

The clocks go back is a signal that winter is on its way. Although we are fans of certain things about winter, the great comfortable sweaters that cover a multitude of sins, the whole Christmas thing, hope a tiny bit of snow so we can at least throw a ball snow - we're not fans of the fact that winter has on our skin.

Winter skin is usually dry, flaky and dull. Not exactly our favorite combination of words. So what do we, can we not fight nature can we? Well actually, we can put up a fight good enough, especially because some things we probably make the problem worse! Follow these simple guidelines and give your skin a head start this winter.

1. Sun Protection
Not the most obvious piece of advice, but essential. Just because the winter does not mean that the sun's harmful rays can not happen to you. In fact, a big mistake that many people do throughout the winter months is to surround the SPF. Use an SPF in the winter and your skin will thank you for keeping those wrinkles at bay indicator.

2. Heating
The central heating can aggravate dry skin during the winter months. Although the cold weather is responsible for a reduction of moisture, high temperatures of heating are also contributing to the low humidity causes dry skin. The contrast between the temperatures of heating and the cold weather outside makes your skin is confused and dry even more. Try heating and decline, and if you can not cope with doing that, to get moisture back into the air by placing a bowl of water beside your bed when you sleep. You will notice a significant amount of water will have evaporated by morning and your skin will thank you too!

3. Makeup
Get him! The winter season office party and you probably tighten it to look your best top notch. Please, in the interest of quality, remove it properly before you go to bed. Not only is the look of panda eyes by little last season, but your skin will not love you blocking its pores. You're likely to get spots if you do it too - and not a good look.

4. Water
Drink it simply - 2 liters a day if you can control. It hydrates you inside and out and prevent your skin and hair look horrible.

5. Moisturize
Winter means dry skin, you can not completely overcome it, and so it goes without saying that you need to moisturize like crazy to get moisture back into your skin. You might think that the worst month for your skin are ie d. January and February the coldest, but most are really bad month when autumn turns to winter ie d. October and November. Get ahead of the game by getting your skin hydrated by morning and night and your skin will have a better chance of beating winter skin.
